Learn More About UsEvery great installation starts with a great design. We work directly with you to create tile patterns and layouts that fit your space, your style, and your budget.
Expert installation of every tile type, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, and mosaic.
Large-format tile and gauged porcelain panels are a different trade than standard tile, and we run a designated team for them.
Transform your bathroom with tile work built to handle the one room that punishes shortcuts.
A backsplash is one of the highest-impact updates you can make in a kitchen, and one of the fastest.
From retail spaces and restaurants to offices and larger facilities, we handle commercial tile installations of any scale, on time and on budget.
Our team includes CTEF Certified Tile Installers and 30-hour OSHA certified crew members. The credentials are proof that the person setting your tile has been tested on the work.
We're trained in the proper installation of Schluter waterproofing systems, which qualifies your project for Schluter's extended warranty covering materials and labor, with no depreciation over time.
Based in Kawkawlin and working throughout Michigan, we're your local tile experts. As part of the Northeastern Group, we have the resources to handle any project.
Ours are. Anyone can call themselves a tile installer. Certification is how you tell the difference, and our crews carry the credentials that general contractors, architects, and designers ask for by name.
Our team includes Certified Tile Installers (CTI) credentialed through the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation. The CTI is the only third-party assessment of a tile installer's skill and knowledge recognized by the tile industry, and it isn't a classroom certificate. Installers pass both a written exam and a hands-on physical skills test against published industry standards.
The CTI program tests how well an installer keeps up with a fast-changing trade: thin tile, very large-format tile, and new setting materials and tools. That's exactly the work homeowners get burned on. For you it means peace of mind that the job is done right the first time and still looks right years from now.
Two of our installers hold 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health certification. We arrive ready for commercial job sites, general-contractor safety requirements, and site orientations without slowing your schedule down.
We're trained in the proper installation of Schluter waterproofing and setting systems. That training is what qualifies your project for Schluter's extended warranty coverage, which simply isn't available from an installer who hasn't done it.
Don't take our word for it. Look us up: CTEF publishes a searchable directory of Certified Tile Installers at ceramictilefoundation.org.
Water is what kills a tile installation. That's why we build showers, wet areas, and floors on Schluter®-Systems waterproofing and uncoupling assemblies (Kerdi, the Schluter Shower System, Ditra, and Ditra-Heat), installed to Schluter's published specifications.
Because our installers are trained in the proper installation of Schluter products, your project qualifies for Schluter's system-based warranty coverage. Those warranties run from a 10-year limited warranty up to a Lifetime Extended Limited Warranty when core Schluter products are set with approved Schluter setting materials.
Coverage requires a complete Schluter system installed in accordance with Schluter's technical literature; substituting non-Schluter setting materials into the system voids it. Exterior, submerged, and steam room applications and certain glass tiles are excluded unless approved in writing. We'll tell you up front which system your project calls for and exactly what it covers. Warranty terms are issued and administered by Schluter-Systems.
